5 lbs of force is more than enough for a newbie to get a good stretch. I'd go with 2-3 lbs until your PIs tell you that you can do more.My Scientific Theory on PE

we are on the same boat mate... wish I knew what 's the right thing to do but think its better to decondition our penis a bit... Glad I came across this. According to this thread I've been stretching all wrong from the time I started the JP90 up until this point. I might have gained a little bit of girth these past 6 months, but I'm not sure.
I'm taking a week off to decon and do some more PE research but here's my question. People have mentioned that after stretching too hard for months have increased their girth gains and strenghtened the tunica and it sounds like it will cause a girth gain issue (If I'm right?), but will that have much effect on on length gains if I started over and began to stretch slowly like this thread says? Or should I decon longer?

The men who gain girth from hanging which is mainly as the base if from the inner penis coming more visible due to the ligaments more extended out which is what hanging targets. My theory is that
More blood in penis=more girth favored excersise
Less blood in penis= more length favored excercise.
Although people with curves can do erect bends to straighten the penis and therefore a longer appearing/measuring penis due to equal length of ligs and tissue. This is the connected to the
"loss of tug theory"
When the penis is equal length all around, when doing exercises all penis tissues and ligs are getting equal force put on them therefore overall more efficient, faster growth.
This is also connected to stretching exercises. I haven't tried this yet but I have a theoretical efficient advanced length workout.
Ice the penis!! Because we want as less blood in the penis as possible. Then Do ur preferred advanced stretches, mine is the Mandingo stretch, another one where I take my penis and try to stretch it pass my belly button. (Works as a great measure for length gains too)
the reverse mandingo aka (the wrist watch) and the "pot stirring tug" where I take the head of my penis between my palm and fingers, strech my penis then I pretend I'm roughly stirring a pot.
Now go take the hottest shower u can stand and repeat the advanced stretches.
Tip: if u get erect during any of the exercises switch to erect penis straightening bends until u get flaccid again.
I do This workout almost every day for the past 1 1/2-2 months (no ice) and my penis has had a Non stop mild soreness to it, and I can tell I've grown because my penis easily streches past my belly button compared to how it was prior to this custom work out.
