  • Fixing the curve: a sample routine: opinions welcome...

Working only the smaller side out...It will save your time ...but what amount of strength is supposed to be the more beneficial?

    Here's a sample routine:

    WARM UP 10 min

    BTC STRETCH 2 minutes

    TUNICA TUGS
    5 x 30 sec (one side only)

    V STRETCH
    5 x 30 sec

BUNDLED STRETCH 3 x 30 sec (one side only)

JAI STRETCH 30 quick reps + 1 30 secs long

    BTC STRETCH 2 minutes

    JELQS
50-100 at your favourite Erection Level

    WARM DOWN
    10 min

(20 secs HELISHAKE after each exercise)

Be warned: this is an advanced routine

I think the one above could be my standard routine to stick to for my next PE months... Only need your advices for setting the pull strength better..
