  • Vitamins and Supplements... Worth it?

    Hello there,

I am starting JP90 on April 1st. On the thread itself, JP mentions these supplements and vitamins, which I have researched, and have found out that some of them have side-effects and they are, in fact, really strong and can be toxic in some cases.

Of course, the fact that they help gains is questionable, and subjective anyhow. I wanted to ask everyone here at PEGym any advantages or disadvantages they experienced through using supplements and vitamins alongside your PE.

    Thanks,

    SCS

Some minerals and certainly some vitamins can be toxic, if you take too much of them--too much
    of a good thing, right?

It's so difficult to tell, short term, whether these supplements are working. The one thing which I
added to my daily diet from which I noticed immediate improved blood flow was GREEN TEA.

Green tea with ginger powder and honey is well worth it and healthy.

It helps to get a higher erection. Nothing you take will make you gain size. That is why Penis Pills (for example) do not do what they say that they do.

I followed a few of JP's posts on separate threads about using vitamins and supplements... He says they were targeted at the age group of 18-25 year olds who he believed would be mostly unhealthy individuals who's diet consists of takeaways and TV dinners. I am not insulted by this, as an English 18 year old, because he's quite spot-on: England and America both have notoriously unhealthy young'uns. In my case, I do not think of myself as unhealthy with a fatty, processed diet. I usually eat a home-cooked meal every night. I make curries, casseroles etc. from scratch and I rarely have a takeaway, maybe once every two months or so.

Henceforth, supplements and vitamins: Are they not necessary in my case?

And green tea, I will remember that. I think I even have a few boxes in my kitchen...

As far as I am concerned, I take vitamins and supplements to improve blood circulation which, in turn, will improve the health of my cock in general. I believe a healthy cock will respond better to PE than an unhealthy or sub par cock. Perhaps because I am older and suffer from Diabetes I Find vitamins and supplements help improve my EQ and general health of my cock.

A good multivitamin is always good for you and green tea is probably the best thing you can consume to help your eq. But nothing will make you bigger. Some things (green tea, l-arginine, flax seed oil) will help boost testosterone production but I don't think that will make your penis bigger. The only benefit of supplements is just better overall health.

How become the name and the quote itself is completely different to BTBrian's post?!

                That's odd.

I quoted a guy called adolphsmith in order to reply to his post, and he must have been subsequently banned and his posts deleted because they have disappeared
