But you see new guys making these kind of claims on a daily basis, and it gets kind of irritating because you know full well that they measured incorrectly and/or had crappy EQ to begin with. That is absolutely fine, mistakes happen, but they need to be corrected because other people will read the thread and attempt to copy the same routine in the hope of having similar gains, even though the reported gains are probably false and/or the routine is unsuitable for beginners in general
