Assuming the plump theory, then I would also assume that being in a hot and humid climate would be good for growth. I live in Alaska which is cold and dry, and I know that my gains have came somewhat slow, even in regards to having what I consider to be a good schedule and good technique.
I'd be curious to see a poll that addresses different climates in addition to no gains, poor gains, average gains, good gains, and great gains. If not, then could you guys by chance post your gains (none, poor, average, good, great) and the climate you live in? I'm of the opinion that this could be a major factor in why some have great success and others do not. Lets find out.
