Why? Because it SEEMS simple. I wouldn't rush out the door to get it done. Personally I'm happy doing my routine. Plus any new cosmetic surgery I think you should wait until its well established before doing it. But that's just my opinion

In every surgery there is inherent surgical risk which means the procedure went well but the results were not as expected. In every surgeery! Who wants to look like Joan Rivers raise your hand! ( not on my dick they don't- and there is nothing ever simple in surgery!)

I'd raise my hand, but some simple surgery to reset two broken bones in my arm went wrong and my arm is now about 75* rotated to the right than it should be and 1" shorter than my other arm.

I think he's claiming it can do both (but with a more positive emphasis on girth)

Look at the docs website. Compared to the other limited surgery options, I think it's worth some research. I'm going to keep an eye on him and wait a year to see if the success is permanent, and see if I can talk to some of his previous patients (he says you can) and if it plays out..I may seriously consider it. I would have to see some before/after results etc.. but I think this has potential.

Frankly I'm suprised that it hasn't recieved more discussion here on the forum. We all claim to be here to increase size, and we are (mostly) willing to dedicate thousands of hours to that pursuit. If someone has a way for me to do it without much risk, and provide instant, permanant results. Why WOULDN'T I look into it???? And why wouldn't everyone on this board be at least willing to discuss it?

Think about it; the doc has a website to advertise. Now think about it; if he was really that good, the procedure so successful, he would not need to advertise at all as his patients would be telling the world. Of course you can talk to his patients; I'm sure they get paid to answer a few questions. A good doc with an accepted produre doesn't need ot waste his time on the internet; word of mouth is all he needs.
So what's so bad about doing it naturally?

Why would we want to waste thousands of dollars on something we can accomplish for free? Especially when the thing we would be paying for involves needles and other sharp scary tools around our genitals. People in America are so scared to put in work to acheive a goal, everyone just wants instant gratification! If you do PE you make it a lifelong habit, you work hard and accomplish something, and you continue it for your entire life so that your penile health stays phenomenal for your entire life. Why would I skip all that for surgery?
