For the past few weeks I have added ball jelqing to my basic routine, and I think it has resulted in better gains then my PE'ing has so far accomplished on my penis itself. While you can obviously measure erect length, flaccid length and girth, how far your balls are hanging is pretty much left up to a visual observation.
What I am trying to accomplish is for my scrotum to hang longer/lower and for my testicles to hang lower within it. Your sac's hanging size is just like a flaccid penis in that it changes on its own for various reasons. I am hoping that overall my sac will be longer more often.
What I have started doing is 50-75 jelqing strokes in an upward direction, and the same number down. Unlike penis jelqing, you can't really use an ok grip, so I have modified it. After lubricating, I place my middle finger below my scrotum and my thumb around my penis. With my middle finger putting a strong force on the spermatic cord, I slide it up until I hit my nuts. My nuts are pushed to the bottom of my sac, and I believe I am stretching the cord that holds them. Looking at my nuts as I do this is similiar to watching your glans expand as you jelq toward it. My nuts are pushed to the very bottom of my sac and they look like they want to explode out of it (sounds frightening, but there is no pain at all and I am not crushing them while doing this). To keep my balls from expanding out to the side, my jelqing hand keeps that one in place and I use my other hand to keep the opposite nut in line. As a visual/mental aide, I am trying to push my nuts so that they are even with the tip of my glans.
I am absolutely positive that I am getting results. Like I said earlier our nut sacks hang lower and higher during the day for various reasons, but already, when they are riding low now they are lower, and when they are riding higher, they are now lower than they were before. Since this is only a visual observation, maybe I am seeing what I want to see. However, I am convinced that my nut sac is hanging lower than it did before I started. What really amazes me is how quickly the results have come. Another reason I am positive I am seeing results is that I workout at home, and since I am in my house I usually lift naked. I try to lift as much weight as I can while lifting, and that puts a lot of strain on my body. One of the things that happens when I lift is that as I get further into my routine my balls turtle because of the stress my body is under. Even after turtling during my workouts now, my balls and sac are hanging lower than before.
