There are more Americans of Irish decent then there are Irish in Ireland, and you'd be surprised at how strong the lineages are. Irish immigrants tended to live among large populations of Irish immigrants, and often married and had children with other Irish (they are a very clanish lot, lol). In fact I would bet that many Americans of Irish decent have a much stronger proportion of the "old time" Irish genes than many of the people born in Ireland.

Four months post round two. No changes I am holding my gains. A bit strange because I hear everyone say they lost and gained I can't remember reading that someone maintained without any change. Still no complaints or problems. The only thing I have noticed lately is that sometimes I will lean against something or somehow pinch my boy and it has intense pain for a minute or so. But it has only happened a few times so I am fine with it. I am a very happy customer. Can't wait for the third and final round.

no pictures for a few reasons. I can't figure out how to post them from an I phone or I pad. The biggest reason is that all the non believers will just cry photoshop and the believers should do he research and one of he Dr. Will supply you with all the photos you could want.

A believer here. I am wondering if the *everyone* that you are talking about gets 3 rounds? Because maybe they just get 1 and that is why it goes away. Or something? Anyway I am glad you are happy with it all.

Jake if I were you I would just do JP90s routine, its tried and tested and you should not have any problem packing on an inch of length and some girth.
