  • Pearly Penile Papules - Anyone has/had them ?

These are like clear swollen little glans that form a rim under the penis head and look like little warts. Anyone here has them and better yet has had them and was able to get rid of them in a natural way?
Read that Laser CO2 will do the trick but I don't think that should be the first option to try.
If anyone has had success in removing this, I'd appreciate the input.
    Thanks

CO2 removal takes a few minutes and there is only irritation for a few days subsequent to the procedure, sounds fine to me!

People talk about toothpaste...CO2 I wonder if it can't cause some permanent damage to the area. If this is done at the doctor's office, like it seems it is, maybe I'd try. But if one has to go to check in the hospital, etc, that'd be a little too much.

        Why?

I would imagine that the procedure is similar to removing warts or verucas with nitrogen, it is probably done in the doctor's office.

Those are not warts, they're "excess" of tissue. It's so called anatomical variation. Some people just have them, some don't. Mostly guys who aren't circumcised. I have them, they're tiny, I have them on corona (rim of the glans) and a few bigger ones on frenulum. Maybe I'll post pictures....

Also, I like them. They're pretty sensitive and guys who didn't have them and got them say that feeling is better with them. Can't say I know since I have them for a long time. And also since my glans aren't really big, I'm keeping them since it's said that they can be pleasurable for girls too. Both uncomfirmed, but only ones I'm going to remove are those few on the frenulum.
Start: BPEL: 17,5 cm | EG: ~15 cm
Current: BPEL: 19 cm | EG: ~15 cm
Goal: BPEL: 22-23 cm | EG: 17-18cm with big glans.

Goal is more of a look issue than a number issue. I prefer girth over length. And hopefully girls will to...

My issue with them is the impression that it gives that it could be an STD. 99% of girls would not know that that is not natural, common thing.
As far as it giving extra sensibility, now i got me wondering: for someone that has mild PE, would getting rid of these make the head less sensible and thus helping make sex longer?

There is a discussion over at the ************* forum, discussing toothpaste & removal by heat.

I honestly have come to accept my ppp...stats say only 24% of men have it, IM UNIQUE!! Tell me why i would wanna be like everyone else?? If anything ppp helps to stimulate a womens vaginal walls. If anything everyone else should be trying to look like us. If there selling dildos with bumps on them i can only imagine ppp to be stimulating for a girl aswell, even more so than a normal dick.

If somebody asks about it before sex, just bring up a page on wiki or somthing, ur phone can be very useful in a situation like this.

My advice is to get the surgical removal procedure, it was very quick and painless for me and after 2-3 weeks I was back to normal with no PPP bumps or scarring.

The doctor I used was Dr Josh Berkowitz of Wimpole Aesthetics in London, would definitely recommend.

Johnson34, wasn't it awkward? also, did you have to stop PE during recovery time?
