    PENIS YOGA


    Our body is in a constant state of fluctuation between anabolism and catabolism. On the surface this balance if you will, should be counter-productive. It is however not so when you realize that this balance is necessary in order for the body to change when forces act upon it. The body, just like nearly everything in existence(depending on your belief system=i believe in an open universe concept) is reactionary. What does this mean? Well ladies and gentlemen, what stimuli you apply to your body determines its reaction. Now, to be fair, there is a bit more to it but I shall cover that later. What does this mean for penis enlargement? Contrary to what most ivy league scientists think, the penis is not inert and does not just shrink with age. If something in the body can be catabolized(broken down) then the opposite should be possible. I shall illuminate: If the body did not have this ability in the penis, then it would shrink rapidly soon after puberty, would it not? Many might argue that the tissues are totally without receptors. Really? Why does it shrink with old age? Something is acting upon it. What could it be? Simple-it has receptors. It has the ability to be broken down. . .and the ability to be built up! An argument that follows is thus: Well if it can then why aren't men everywhere experiencing penis enlargement?? I shall restate what I said previously. The body is reactionary, thus the stimuli that is placed on it determines its reactions. When you exercise, do you know what happens? I shall not seek to be overly in depth about this, as I do not need to be. When you workout, if ample(though not too much!) stimuli is placed upon the muscle and the individual eats ample amount of calories and in the correct ratios, then strength or size shall result. Depending on the stimuli one may obtain more than one or the other respectively, but both shall be obtained in some proportion. Now what about it stimuli is placed on the muscle without ample rest periods? Say every day? How about twice a day?? How about the average number of times the average male masturbates?

    -It states that in response to exercise the body down regulates androgen receptors. WHAT?!
    It states later in the article that it is broken down by cortisol, since it does not discriminate in tissue breakdown. What are androgen receptors? Proteins. What does cortisol have an effect on?? Proteins. So how does this apply to the penis and the lowering of receptor content in the adult penis?? Simple. We have all been dumb fucks. I admit. I was one too. So were all the scientists...We masturbate what 2-3 a day, every day? Then we do what?? Exercise the penis with PE routines??! Dear GOD! The receptor content is OBVIOUSLY GOING TO PLUMMET! On top of that the body sees the stimuli as destructive and starts rushing collagen to the area to form scar tissue. So what happens?? the penis becomes foreshortened and then gets bent or any number of things! Now I know that what I have just said it a lot to handle. I also know that it might be disparaging. DON'T FRET! This is a good thing! It means that PENIS GROWTH IS POSSIBLE!!!!! So how do we DO THIS??


    ...Stimuli...not too much...eat right...rest...


    What is that proper Stimuli??? As we age we become less flexible. Is this a natural process? No. It is a response. As we get older we stop moving around as much and so much or we are over worked at our jobs. So what does this cause? Collagen build up and therefore a loss of flexibility. So how do we reverse this?
    Simple gentlemen; With proper stimuli in the proper amounts and we eat right and get our sleep...


    That proper stimuli is stretching. Yoga. You see by stretching(applying stimuli) The body begins to breakdown collagen. This is evident in such cases as physical therapy. In physical therapy they seek to breakdown scar tissue and restore proper function. The body goes a step further however...in muscles every single muscle fiber is wrapped in a collagen sheath. Then a bundle of them is wrapped in another. Then those bundles in yet ANOTHER! Some believe that the ability to stretch is just the muscles being able to extend further. That is only half the story. If the collagen fibers did not also become flexible, then flexibility would not increase. So how does it?...


    ELASTIN


    By applying yoga techniques to the penis it can cause the appropriate reactionary response. Increased flexibility-therefore-elasticity. When gently stretched, just as in yoga, the body begins to metabolize collagen and replace it with Elastin. When the Elastin content rises, so too does the maximal stretched length of the tissues, therefore A LARGER PENIS!!


    By applying gentle stimuli to the penis in the form of squeezes,stretches, and massaging both length and girth will increase. Remember, not too much pressure and do not apply harsh stimuli or too much stimuli. This means do not masturbate either. Masturbation is not only usually too harsh but it also causes a rise in prolactin which reduces erections and thus the life giving blood that contains the growth factors that will cause the adaptation of increasing elastin content.


    Take this information and apply it to your regimes and please SPREAD IT!


    The truth does not have a price tag. I shall not place one on this and shall be militant against any who seek to try to do so.


    I am a sophomore in college, but have a graduates to masters level understanding of the body. The above information is the result of 5+ years of research, blood, sweat, and tears.

    It is quite possible that I reached this growth state you describe back in late fall and early winter of 2003-2004. I had everything going for me: no work, lots of rest, a marvelous balance in my physical, mental and emotional well-being, not to forget spiritual. I had worked hard, physically, the previous two years to strengthen my body; I was in a complete state of relaxation; I can best describe it as self-hypnosis. My expansion at the time was not just physical--it was also mind/body/spirit. DLD at MOS has described the same phenomenon. I do not doubt his gains occurring as they did at about the same time as I was making mine.

              Masturbation is less harsh than jelq stretches etc so your statement is internally inconsistent.
              What you recomend ( other than avoiding masturbation) is standard pe practice.

                what i have brought forth is part new information,affirmation, and clarification. And no i have not just based this on a bodybuilding article, though i use it to clarify one of the points. I seriously have spent years figuring this out. Heres the really big difference between what im saying and the typical routines. There have been those who have touted the power of stretching and girth work. they have either done this in such a way as going411by7 has(using hands only) or by using hands and hanging. I have not worked out all the bugs in this new aspect of PE(Penis yoga) but i have completely dispelled the improbability of enhancement through natural routes. I started to accidentally use penis yoga when i was being lazy. i did gentle stretches and rubbed the tissues in circles. What i had been doing was a technique used by physical therapists to cause collagen to tighten and relax--which eventually causes its helix structure to open up and allow the body to get to the receptors and break it down. The penis is specifically made of mostly type I collagen fibers which are unstable at body temperature, and NOT slightly above it (and yes i shall be posting all my sources shortly-ive been alot of places through the years.), also in yoga the same thing is happening! in the many different stretches they are doing it causes a relaxation and tension in intervals. This somehow causes elastin production, otherwise people who regularly would not be able to do the amazing feats they do because the collagen wrappings around muscles just wouldn't be able to stretch to such lengths unless the body was adapting by adding more elastin.

                Also an example is thus: by regularly stretching(gently) and not tugging it causes elastin growth(while also breaking down collagen crosslinks) instead of collagen build up from damage. It is because of my findings that i encourage warm wraps, gentle stretching such as jai and slightly harder and longer stretches, as well as girth work with gentle squeezing. I also however do not encourage jelqing in the least which i will confirm when i discuss the tunica layers. The process of penis enlargement takes time, lots. 100% uli squeezes is something i also affirm. however do not squeeze hard! Do many squeezes in a row, no more than 5-10 seconds a piece in rapid succession allowing blood flow to come in an keep the tissues primed. Because of my findings i also do not confirm plastic deformation or over the top enlargement methods such as all day stretches. We are not so much trying to keep the tissues stretched all the time as we are placing just the right amount.

                Lastly i condemn masturbation not only on the account of prolactin but also because of the different tissue layers. I will start from the inside and move out: Tunica Albuginea, Bucks Fascia(rigidly glued to the albuginea) and then colles fascia which is very loose in contrast to the first two. It is lue of this loose layer which is just below the skin and then the skin layer that i do not believe we should masturbate of jelq. It is the skin layer and colles layer that when masturbating, may cause restriction when gripping, and the constant masturbation with one hand or other will lead to a curvature to the penis due to more stimuli on one side and not the other equally. Basically one side the collagen gets broken down but not the other an bam curve. It is for a slightly different reason i do not condone jelqing. . .Think about it. If the veins for draining the penis are on the outside and you are stimulating them, and YES growing more veins--don't you think that could lead to the body pushing blood out just as fast as its putting it in? Also an important point to note is that with jelqing the inner layers hardly get worked at all. what happens is that swelling under the colles layer happens and alot of swelling under the skin, which causes interference in natural blood flow and thus all kinds of problems with circulation.

                Lastly, yes. . .i realize that just like any situation, when the status quo is challenged that it will step on toes. But please see that what ive found REALLY WORKS It works because its the TRUE explanation to everything we've been doing!!! Now that we know this important knowledge ive brought to the table it will be possible to move forward and make EVEN MORE GAINS!

                EXAMPLE OF PENIS YOGA ROUTINE:
                15 minute warm up with circular messages all over the penis by gripping it between two or three fingers.
                (30-50 erection level)30 light stretches each lasting 10 seconds. (kegal blood into penis each time)
                100% erection level uli squeezes-DO THEM GENTLY!!! few to no blood spots should appear! Do 20 Squeezes for 10 seconds.

                Continue to do this everyday for the first week and in to the 4th.
                Then do the exact same routine except increase the duration of the stretches by 5-10 seconds.

                If you want to keep good blood flow remember to go run. do full body yoga to help the body relax. And avoid inflammation causing foods. I recommend a green tea and ginger combination. Skip out on the gingko as it will kill your libido and ruduce DHT levels as well as raise prolactin.
                Last note, eat a high protein diet! its crucial or you wont progress as fast.

                    I am a non-jelq responder. I'm probably doing something wrong. It's a good thing I've finally tossed them out and started doing things that work. Everyone seems to gain from them, but not me...

                        This is a very excellent piece here. I'll be going to school for physical therapy and my extensive background in physical fitness his stuff checks out and makes a very great argument. I'm going to try this penis yoga sounds like a good thing to at least try.

                            Will do. I'm going to do this PE yoga routine every other day to start bc I'm enjoying my PE routine but if it seems promising i'll continue more PE yoga rather than the usual routine.

                              i think i saw a routine here by big-al,,, called a jelg-free routine,, he recommends 50 5 sec squeezes and after that a whole bunch of stretches
