  • PE and BCAA's

Consider the use of branched-chain amino acids in bodybuilding: after stressing muscle tissue beyond its limit and inflicting minor cellular damage, BCAA's help rebuild those tissues quicker and stronger.

Why wouldn't this same principle apply to PE as well? Could there be some other supplement which works the same way on erectile tissue or the suspensory ligaments? Note that I'm not talking about chemical PE; I'm talking about helping rebuild tissue after manual PE.

But realistically look at the level of muscle in the penis compared to the glutes or lats or biceps. It is almost negligible and even if it was the same they are two different types of muscle.

Once you eat healthy you will get more than enough from your diet, but thats just my 2 cents

I know the erectile tissues don't contain any muscle; what I was wondering was if there might be some supplement out there that would work for penile tissue the way BCAA's work for muscles.

Naah nothing that is worth buying. Why not just take a day off, and let your penis heal the way its supposed to? I know I know, you proberly would like to train more often, beacuse then you gain more? not true. The less your train, the more your gain.

The real big secret about Penis Enlargement, is like nike would put it; just do it.. Dont think about, just do the training, and do the rest.
If you are thinking about PE all the time, then you would not gain. People have a bad habit about overthinking everything, its therefor hard to stay on a positive state of mind with the PE, if you constantly is thinking about your penis.

Again, just do it! dont think about it..

I dont work for nike, i swear

I wouldn't like to be endorsed by Nike either anything soon. With Tiger Woods and Oscar Pistorious I don't think your outlook would be good
