  • L-Arginine, and theory?

    So when should I take L-Arginine before a exercise, or after it?

    Also can someone like give me your opinion on my theory? So I was thinking, what if you took L-Arginine right before your penis exercises, and did them. After that you worked out on your lower part of your body, wouldn't that help with blood circulation and growing? Because it would basically push all the blood to the legs, and lower part?

    Anyway opinions!

        If you take the l-arginine before your exercises you will increase the blood flow to your dick and lower body which should enhance your exercises. If you take it after your exercises, nothing will be enhanced.

          What about before you go to sleep? Like if I take it now, wouldn't my blow flow go while I'm sleeping?

            if your body is about to use the l-arginine you daily recovery may be enhanced or you could sit awake at night like i did. Try it and see what happens.
            PE is a lot like sex. First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.

              Taking L arginine will help, exercise will help with all it's known benefits & maybe reducing fat pad if your diet is also right. The pump will leave your lower body & return to normal soon after physical exercise...you need nutrients & rest to grow after that.

              You can do what you suggested, I don't see it having any negative effects.

              Some men who take ED pills notice permanent growth because their erections are bigger than before & constantly stretch & expand their penis...keeping it bigger all the time in soft or hard state certainly won't hurt.

                L- arginine increase the amount of nitric oxide that your blood carries. The increase in NO allows your blood vessels to open wider giving you that pumped feeling. When I take it always before sex or a workou, my whole body experiences the pump. You need a high dose though, at least for me I take anywhere from 5-10 grams at a time. I think that is also the minimum doctors recommend to people with heart problems. I find it also helps my girth sessions.

                  I currently take 1 500mg a day in the morning with the rest of my supplements, am I right in thinking that this is useless for my PE then as I do my workouts at night?

                    Careful here, 5-10 grams seems to be an awful lot. I've read 3 grams is what's recommend for Ed but I'm not going to go instructing people how much to take. Just seems like something to be weary of.

                      Mayo Clinic recommends 5 gr for six weeks for ED purposes.

                          I take smaller doses of L-arginine about three hours apart throughout the day. I understand where you're coming from, but I think your best bet is to diet right and do ample cardiovascular exercise regularly. This will help your overall bloodflow ALL the time. Not to mention, if you supplement with arginine and eat foods naturally high in arginine while executing your diet and exercise program, you could see some amazing results.

                              I don't see any problem with 5-10g of arginine a day - it isn't a supplement that is going to do any harm in high doses (it is simply an amino acid).

                              That said, if you buy pills, you are going to pay through the nose (especially if you want a higher dose). Just buy the powder - 1kg shouldn't cost very much. It doesn't taste too great, but you can smash down 5g in a shot of water and be done with it.
