  • The 'red dots' and PE gains.

When doing PE, I occasionally train so hard I get small burst blood vessels showing up as a few red dots on my shaft.

I don't ejaculate during my PE or for days after and I find it makes my body's recovery time significantly better.

While I don't want to risk encouraging overtraining, especially in new people, is it possible that bursting a few capillaries could cause better gains if healing is done right? I mean you are trying to expand the tissue and causing it to burst in a few places could, if healed sufficiently, cause even more gains than just slowly pushing the limits would, provided you don't cause too much damage of course.

It's worth noting that, when I do find something to be genuinely aroused about my erections haven't been this firm in a very long time. My shaft feels made of stone and the sexual passion I feel when I have a person there to accommodate my desire has never been this good. This is right after seeing the red dots a day before and it feels good to get hard after what would seem to be a slightly painful routine.

Is my logic here completely mistaken or is there something to this?

I did overtrain once and saw a few dark bruised spots on my shaft and I gave my penis a 5 day break from absolutely everything, they went away the next day but I waited another 4 to be safe.

I am trying not to rush this but I feel like I can and should be slightly pushing my limits here and also refraining from ejaculating to keep the blood and hormones continually flowing and healing. My unit has suffered lackluster erections for years and PE seems to be awakening something in me. I am trying to not overtrain and it is difficult.

    Thoughts?

Yeah, you are flirting with being too aggressive. Same thing happened to me. Over time it got worse. As a matter of fact my blood vessels became so brittle that even a few "light" jelqs would cover my penis with red dots - and some of them were not small! Looked like my penis had the measles. I had to take a month off.

Long story short, I'm back in the game. I am not as aggressive and I'm enjoying my PE journey much more, now.

"is it possible that bursting a few capillaries could cause better gains if healing is done right?"

      What determines "done right" ?
Damage, large or small, there is no need for it; especially if you're into the "conditioning" phase.

Second point first, ejaculating keeps the hormones flowing, refraining will alter your testosterone level negatively. A couple times a week is a good thing, a couple times a day is not.

To the first point, "you are trying to expand the tissue and causing it to burst in a few places", this is not how PE works. Red spots are a negative PI for a reason, you are going to permanently weaken your blood vessels if you keep doing it, counter productive for "keep the blood...continually flowing". There is some science behind PE, and a lot of common sense, and you are considering neither of those. Lighten up on your intensity and listen to yourself "I am trying to not overtrain", you are being contradictory. Patience, you'll get there, just get there the right way, not becoming sidetracked on the injured reserve list.

Thank you all for your advice, I will train less strenuously. I did gain quite a bit in just 2 weeks of training like this but the potential for serious damage is not worth the risk and impatience.
