This is basically a noob post but I just wanted to make a thread to really understand how the penis really grows during workouts and rest days. I have read many contradicting ideas but nothing has really made sense, Bio majors welcome! Feel free to add or correct what I have written.
There are three ways I can think of your penis growing
1. tunica- basically the tissue in your penis stretches and becomes longer over time under stress. So I have heard that the cells in your penis expand then divide when this is the case.
2. ligs- loosening the ligs releases hidden penis that is other wise attached to your pubic bone.
3. expression stretching- which is stretching penis that is hidden. This is the same process as the tunica type stretching but the target is "inner penis".
What is actually happening during workouts to the tissue? What is happening during rest days to the tissue? What happens to the tissue if you over work it? What happens to the tissue if you work it out during rest days?
