my guess is the guy just lost interest. More common than not. you look at these older threads and almost all the names are unfamiliar. I lost interest twice over the last 3 years. I'm hell bent this time though, at least until I reach my goal

I would say, atleast in my case, jelqs by themselves are not very effective. I never gained from jelq routine ,but then again im a hard gainer
