I see a lot of posts about nutrients, protein and I also see some compare PE to bodybuilding or other form of training. These are my comments, take it for what it's worth...
Here is a little clarification
This is why it gets bigger:
- PE does not make penis grow, you only stretch ligaments.
- By repeated stretching you can
o Make the stretch permanent
o Stretch even more
Conditioning and deconditioning
When you stretch, your body responds with something called supercompensation. Supercompensation is basically the leading theory about muscle growth after training. Theory also applies to ligaments.
Why it’s good for PE:
- Makes ligaments stronger and less danger of injuries
- Is part of the healing process after you exercises
Why it’s bad for PE
- Stronger ligaments are hard to stretch
- Very strong ligaments almost can’t be stretched
About nutrients
Nutrients, proteins etc. makes supercompensation even more super. I’m not sure if that is what we want?
Healing cycles and supercompensation cycles, if we knew details about this we probably could build the perfect routine
Techniques
A stretch is a stretch, the techniques you choose can:
Some exercises are safer than others. Read around to find what is what
