  • All round size theory

We all know that being anxious could lead to either an unwanted erection or even do the opposite in the aspect of stage fright...

Here is my thoughts on how your mind can either help or destroy your ability to perform

there is a chemical that the brain produces called cortisol

if you have an imbalance in your cortisol levels you will sometimes feel moody agitated and even frustrated in some cases

In extreme cases where the cortisol levels are high you gain weight because your stressed out

not only does relaxing help with reducing stress but it also helps regulate the blood flow to all parts of your body

reducing cortisol levels will definatley have a positive effect on your life metabolism and even "weight"

if you reduce the stress which will reduce the weight it will have a more than positive effect on your penis because you will lose weight which may be built around the fat pad aka mons area aka pubic fat that may or may not be hiding your penis

lemme know if ya'll agree or disagree

agree thumbs up I am cool for being awesome

    disagree explain why

Cortisol aka stress hormone slows metabolism and makes you feel, well, stressed and a vicious cycle begins, its levels are also high when you eat high glycemic food.
A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

akaTrex your right about working out to reduce stress

there have been multiple studies done on reducing coritsol and they are all linked to working out

some call it the fight or flight concept

cause you will get more stressed out if you feel cornered and feel the need to lash out

the way to reduce cortisol levels in this aspect is to litterally hit something a speed bag a reflex bag and or heavy bag will work wonders

the flight as in you can't get away and feel stuck and glued to wherever you are cause the stress is eating at you SO badly that you can't do nothing but dwell on what is stressing you out

the cure for this is to ride a bike run jog or even walk for a brief period of time

Glycemic index and glycemic load offer information about how foods affect blood sugar and insulin. The lower a food's glycemic index or glycemic load, the less it affects blood sugar and insulin levels.

I disagree with a lot of it, stress does not make you gain weight unless one has an eating disorder because of stress. Many people will lose weight due to stress.

Funny enough cortisol levels actually spike drastically during and after exercise. Regular exercise is what can lower cortisol levels in the long term, not one short bout. You feel better after exercise because endorphins are released that act as sedatives, help you relax, and block pain.

Cortisol actually can suppress the breakdown of fat. It's not going to make you fat by itself but it can be a piece of the puzzle. It also can increase fat breakdown though. It's a really weird hormone that isn't totally understood yet. You are right though! The way it acts totally depends on other hormones and chemicals in your body.

true my body chemistry makes me gain weight while cortisol levels are high but it varies from person to person

I was basically posting this to help everyone wanna lose weight exercise and be happy with themselves

even if your in shape it's still a good idea to workout even if your eating enough calories to reach homeostasis to maintain your masculine or girlish figure
