I have heard from some people that jerking off makes your dick bigger

some others say that it makes you break out

some evil geniuses such as my father say it makes you go blind

this one perhaps has some truth to it

I think the blind thing is true it didn't used to be but it is now with technology and such it will make you go blind or at least damage your vision because of the fact you are staring at a computer screen for too long a period of time

two things that I know are false below

Then it gets addictive, makes your mind numb, lose creativity, so when the time comes and you are finally with a GIRL, things are boring.

Its an endless cycle, porn addicts have hard time getting in relationships (unrealistic standards and probably laziness) then they complain that they don't have a relationship thus they use porn and so on so forth.

Break the cycle now, human beings are meant to enjoy real life intimacy not watch paid performers doing "something" on a screen.

porn distracts you from actively seeking a girl friend?
porn makes you think your dick is small?
porn give you insecurities, yet it's confidence women are attracted to?
porn will make your dick softer?
porn will make you sexually neglect your wife/gf?
porn makes women feel like you are cheating on them?
porn causes relationships to fall apart, even marriages?

And that's just off the top of my head at the end of a long day.
