I did a little reading and consulting with my internist and a few friends who are In med school. As I suspected, there is NO science to back up the legitimacy of these exercises. Just go to the Mayo Clinic's website: it refutes all of this as a giant hoax. The penis is NOT 50-percent smooth muscle--the muscles cited on this website are not even located in the penis!
I am curious to hear what the "experts" in this field have to say in response to the overwhelming rebuke from legitimate medical doctors and scientists. (BTW: the supposed scientific paper submitted to the Lancet or one of the other British journals was NEVER PUBLISHED IN THAT JOURNAL. A 2 year old can submit a paper to the NE Journal of Medicine, but until it is evaluated, peer-reviewed, and published, it is not legit.)
You cite MD's who believe PE is the real deal? Then say where they are in practice, how they can be contacted, and what their area is. Presumably, they will have no problem being contacted...if they are legitate.
Where are you, BugAl? JP? Let's hear what you have to say!

Quite a random attack/rant. A 2 year old can submit to NEJM? I take your point about peer review, editorial decision/actual publication but there is no 2 year old submitting to NEJM. In response to the query for actual evidence, nobody ever really said this was a solid science. That is nowhere here. As to the "rebuke" by medical professionals -they simply state the truth (which you state) - that there is no evidence to support this stuff and, in fact, it does carry risk. Here is my full response to the lack of science:
