Hey does anybody take or know of a tablet/pill that contains all the supplements good for PE? Such as L-Arg, ginko, catauba, etc all in one??...it would be nice just to have 1 pill to take instead of 4 or 5, as I have difficulty taking them pills...

You don't need to swallow the tablets.
Get a warm drink and empty the contents of the capsules (or crumble it up if its a pill) into it. Stir it for a bit, they will dissolve, then drink it. This will help them to be absorbed by your body too.Starting Stats
