The Great Abdominal Aorta is a massive artery coming straight off the heart that goes to the legs, butt, and you guessed it--the PENIS! how else could the body possibly support such a structure as the penis without a very large and direct blood pipeline. turns out there really is a very large correlation to heart health and penis health. most people know this part. what they might NOT know is that the penis should be able to get some benefits from exercising the other two areas that the massive GAA goes towards. there has been little tid bits over the years of squats and other kinds of intense lower body exercising causing a boost in erectile strength. in the light of this information that might very well be the case. it could perhaps explain why those who frequently enjoy a cardiovascular exercise rich lifestyle do not experience the erectile woes other the more sedentary individual. it may also give a secret "in" to a larger penis. i have reason to believe that doing high intensity lower body exercise may cause an adaptation of increased artery size and function, and possibly an increase in the peripheral branches--such as those leading to the penis. this was something i decided to share with the community.
MY last piece of two cents concerning this post(for now) is that i believe doing exercise that thoroughly taxes the legs and requires a great deal of blood flow after the fact(exercising) could lead to improvements in erectile function, erection hardness, increase in the number of nocturnal erections, and possibly size. having said that an activity that thoroughly taxes the legs could lead to the above improvements, there needs to be a word of caution. over taxing the legs could cause a potential narrowing in the branches of the GAA which could lead to a temporary bout of Erectile dysfunction. this is something else that i have come across. in order to flesh that statement out, don't do a marathon or a long distance run and expect to have the metallic version of cockzilla in your pants ready to ravage anything.
Have fun, please discuss, and as usual its free!
