  • Muscle strength variable

    has anyone thought of doing a mathematical equation for the individuals stregnth of forearm for there grip to work out how realistic there gains will be?

    for example man A has weak forearm and biceps so his grip wont be as tight as Man B who has been working out and can put more force and pressure onto there penis.

    so the variable for different results for penis growth can be attributed to this factor.

    has anyone done or thought of this??
    17/04/14 start
    bpfl = 5.2 bpfg= 4.1
    bpel= 7.2 bpeg= 4.5

    current 07/05/14
    bpfl= 5.5 bpfg = 4
    bpel= 7 bpeg =4.6

    Short term goal:
    7.5 bpel 5 bpeg.

    ultimate Goal:
    9 bpel 6 bpeg

    Not to my knowledge.

    The amount of force exerted is left completely up to the individual to figure out.

      This would be far too variable and imprecise. How would you go about measuring the strength in someone's forearms?! Also, the force would not automatically correlate to the strength of one's forearm. i.e. someone who is very cautious may always use a very light grip despite having a lot of strength in their forearms and vice versa.

        wouldnt it be a factor to factor in on growth i mean sure you can have a light approach but a light approach to some could be a heavy to another based on the grip strength.

          No not really, there have been so much different variations on what work for people as to make something like grip strength absolutely redundant in relation to gains. Some advocate really light low-intensity grips for jelqing while others prefer intense, very firm grips.

          This is just in relation to jelqing alone:

            I am a jelqist. I have found that jelqing is also an exercise in grip strength. I feel i have a stronger handshake lately.
