Hi so i have some questions about the healing process after PE. So after reading around on the board it seems that when we do PE exercises, we induce creep. Where the penis is in an elongated state, but as time goes on, your body will then start to heal causing the penis to return to its normal state, that is why we need to do PE as much as we can without injury. So essentially we keep placing that tension to keep creating micro tears.
So what if i have methods that speeds the regeneration of cells? I dont know if you guys are familiar with red LED light therapy, but its basically shining red LEDs with enough energy output (Joules) and that stimulates the bodies ability to heal through increased ATP production. NASA done studies on it and shown that it indeed does have healing promoting abilities. In fact all light does, but the red spectrum does it way more efficiently. And now you can see the cosmetic industry has caught on to this and they use it in their beauty parlors for facial treatments and some even have red LED beds, where its like a tanning bed but filled with LEDs because red LEDs stimulate cell regeneration and collagen formation.
So i was wondering is speeding the healing process a good thing or a bad thing? Im not educated enough with the process of PE, but it seems like people advocate creating these micro tears, and making sure it never heals past a certain point, because then it starts to undo the effects, and when your penis fully heals those tears, what you get in turn is a stronger and more difficult to manipulate penis, like a hardening of the ligaments.
I personally own a red LED device which i was trying out for different injuries, but now ive started to incorporate it into my PE sessions. But i was wondering if im doing myself a favor or not. Externally, the skin of my penis looks a lot more youthful, and i no longer have these small red dots on the head of my penis (which i think was from too much friction from masterbation during my teenage years). But im worried that accelerating the healing process is making my ligaments tougher because it heals past the point that you want, and therefore harder to manipulate and reducing gains.
Any opinions or information on this matter would be much appreciated!
