Does it slow down your progress if masturbation occurs after doing penis exercises? I used the search but most of the threads available are over 2 yrs old.

Edge instead of masturbation, it is better to be done right after your routine, and you can ejaculate at the end of your edging session, just back off from the PONR three times then ejaculate.
