PE Helps males of all ages (above 18 of course) to maintain a healthy and hard penis, with a bonus of size increase, there are senior as well as young PE'rs who make gains just fine, and are good and healthy, PE safely and consistently and you will get there!

      Age and PE?

Age and gains: are they related

Do young guys gain faster than older guys?

      Age...gain

You are never too old to start exercising the penis. Penile exercising has cured erectile dysfunction for many older men. In fact, several senior citizens have claimed they obtained the strongest erections of their life through penile exercising. Some men have gone as far as saying, “I feel like I am in high school all over again!”
A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

Just an opinion, I think age doesn't matter. Consistency and dedication is all matter in PE.

I don't think age has effect on gains. I myself am 54 yo and I have made some significant gains. Some people gain fast and some slow, but there isn't any pattern related to age.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

i would actually say the opposite and say age would have a bigger effect. ofcourse i have no proof but just my thoughts. I think starting at 13 with your natural increased growth during this period would add a huge boost to your gains. Ofcourse there are no studies and it would be hard to prove anyways.

Personally I believe optimum growth is up through a mans mid 30's and 40's.

Professionals such as Body Builders do not hit their prime until their 30's.
Arnold Schwarzenegger Won his final Mr. Olympia at the ripe old age of 33.

Ronnie Coleman Won his first Mr. O at the age of 34, and went on to 8 Mr. Olympia's.

              Go Figure!

Have a look at the league of legends thread in my signature. We covered age variation in it.

Well actually when it comes to hanging, it turns out the older guys are they easier they find it to deform the ligaments resulting in potentially easier gains.

The "easiness" in the elongation of ligaments in older people is fairly well known. Some veteran hangers believe this could translate into slightly easier gains.

But that doesn't mean young people won't gain as much, it might just take them a bit of extra effort.

That said this only applies to hanging, what would be interesting is that other mechanisms of enlargement for example clamping due to high pressure could be of greater benefit for guys with stronger erection or internal pressure (quite possibly younger guys). However this is purely speculative and would make for a good discussion.

So bottom line, just like the gym will make you stronger young or old, it doesn't matter - same goes for pegymming!

I do not think that age matters.

I think for younger guys like myself if your still growing then it is possible that your penis is still naturally growing so your seeing bigger gains since it is combination of natural increase in size with PE gains.

What matters more is how consistent you are and that you have educated on how to perform each exercise right.

I understand what you mean but I do not think it applies to PE.

We are talking about a bit different things such as muscle maturity and all of that.

Dedication is the key. No matter your age. That is not an issue. At 18 you might even have naturally occurring growth still happening. At 49 I am still growing.

I think a guy between 18-20 years can get better results because of the combination of PE and natural growth. But the older guys could get more gains because they usually have worse EQ than younger guys.

                              After a long break:
                              01.05.2016: BPEL 7.3 x 5.1 MSEG
                              16.11.2018: BPEL 7.3 x 5.0-5.1 MSEG BSEG 5.3
