Anyone paranoid from Fat-Pad and want to use coolsculping Please Read This

Alright. I don`t know if i am the only one who did freeze the fat pad with coolsculpting , but haven't seen any thread from someone else and i decided to give me review.

Now Last Friday i did my stomach 6 treatments = 1 hour each . Today i did 2 treatment left right on the fat-pad also 1 hour each.

I read skeptics about u may damage ligament etc but i have to tell u guys is nothing like that.

Do u feel any pain ??? Nope Nope Nope Nope. The only feeling u have is that after 1 hour is done with the machine it self , they have to massage the area that have been treated to breaks down fat cells. Its only for 2 to 3 minutes thats it.

Now u may think that one treatment can do the all fat-pad but its not. They have to use both sides left and right also they have to freeze middle section both times when they did right and left. (For the best results).

Now what do i expect ??? . i told them and also they measured my fat pad with ruler which was about 1 to 1.1 inch and they said that.... because i did my stomach to,,,, the skin is going to be stretched,,, which they believe my fat-pad will shrink down to 0.5 of an inch even lower than that.

Now i have to wait 4 to 12 weeks to see the results.

Some people have an unusual amount of stubborn fat in the pubic area, which can be tough to lose.

I agree that losing weight and/or preventing being overweight in general is a better practice than surgery. That's a general rule though and there are exceptions.

Good luck with your progress and make sure to diet and exercise to prevent things like this.
