I don't know about what multi-vitamins may aid PE. But I know that l-arginine would most likely help (I'll say it just in case you don't know it?) . It's an amino acid that converts into NO2 in the blood stream. When converted into NO2 it relaxes the blood vessels, and makes them expand. Which would make sense in aiding PE I suppose.

Also folic acid, which is vitamin B6, also is beneficial by helping blood flow.

You know what works really well? A nice balanced diet and getting some sun every now and then. I like that better than pills, especially for young people.

        But.... Isn't the sun "outside"

        I'm scared.... Somebody hold me.

Proper sunlight is really good for you though.

I might try basting my package in chlorophyll and lay nude in the sun for a while. It works for the stuff in my garden.

The body needs 16 essential vitamins every single day of our lives. Stay away from synthetic crap and even avoid the ones that says "natural" because is not really what your body needs. the best are plant derived, and the best of the best in the market is "My Kind Organics Mens multi" from Garden of Life. They're expensive, but they're the real deal.

Too simple to be real - but it is: take real good care of your damn body, and your body will take care of your damn penis.

Couldn't agree more! Some of the nutrients and Vitamins we get in multi-formulas are close to non-absorbable.

A good paleo/high-protein high seafood diet works wonders for overall health!

"looks" good. However, what is the source of vitamin A and vitamin E? They do not specify. "natural" IS NOT the same as "plant derived.

By the way, EVERYBODY needs a multi vitamin and mineral supplement in daily diet. There is NO WAY you can get the nutrients you need completely from diet. Not anymore. It is impossible. Soil has been depleted for decades. I invite anybody to prove me a natural organic diet that will give me 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 aminoacids and 2 fatty acids in the right needed amounts.

Actually you can get most, if not all of your nutrients from food..it's just that you have to "think outside the box" and this often requires more discipline than most of us have.

i.e Kale or kale chips can provide between 80% and 170 % RDA of Iodine...if we eat tuna a few times a week we get Omega-3's and Selenium sufficient for body requirements. If we eat crab, oysters or Salmon; even a couple times a week - we get enough Zinc...magnesium is found in nuts; particularly almonds cashews..this helps relax the mind and counter neurotoxicity of the present age.

Beets contain tons of folate and natural nitrates as well as other important antioxidants and as well - sulfur!
Which is needed to 'detox' the liver and intestines from the garbage we put into our bodies half the time.

I could go on and on forever, multi-vitamins are a matter of convenience..and for most they are 'necessary' but this does not mean that everyone HAS to take them nor is it impossible to be at optimal health WITHOUT them.

Well, every single chronic disease has been scientifically proven to have its origin in chronic nutrient deficiency. Specifically a mineral/minerals. For example, type II diabetes technically does not exist. Type II diabetes is a chronic deficiency of chromium and vanadium. And so on, every single chronic disease can be traced to a mineral. Something that allopathic medicine does not acknowledge because 1) they're manipulated by pharmaceutical corporations, 2) they do not know it nor care to know it and 3) they're not the right specialists to treat chronic problems.
