Is it possible to strenghten my pelvic floor on A caloric deficit or does it work ws every other muscle ?

The pelvic floor muscle is like any other muscles on your body. People exercise all the time while dieting to loose weight and there is no reason why you cant' with your pelvic floor. I would like to point out that if your routine is RKs, then all you are doing is relaxing your pelvic floor. To strengthen the PC muscle you need to do kegels.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

      Thanks

But there's still something that I don't understand : Will the caloric deficit affect my progress in any way ? (I'm trying to cure Premature ejac, and RK is a part of it)

I doubt it. If you think of rk like stetching low calorie diets have little effect.
