Yes I am circumsized. Then sensation... my penis head gets so sensitive that I cannot stand the contact of a mouth with it. Its similar to the sensitivity levels one gets right after having an orgasm, when you cant stand receiving more stimulation. Do you know what I mean?

I have a similar problem. When I've received oral it always feels abrasive almost like light grade sandpaper. I think there might not have been enough spit I guess.

I haven't heard of this before, all my men have always seemed to love it. I think some of the more experienced guys need to answer this one.

However, here's a suggestion -- have you ever tried using lube before oral? There are plenty of flavored ones that taste great and the extra slick coating might help. it is also fun for a partner to put it on before starting oral, so that can add to the experience too.

As a female, I know exactly what you mean about super-sensitivity. Sometimes my clit gets like that if I've just cum or it has gotten a lot of focused attention from fingers or oral.
