Well the richer ones are getting PMMA shots and getting other surgeries done.

Costs atleast 2000 dollars. Stuff can go wrong but they still do it. What I read that things can go wrong and healing can be painful. Also not sure how permanent the results are and many patiens were getting extra surgeries done to make it look more normal.

Read some results although would not do that myself just to get it bigger basicly adding.
