  • Healing Scar Tissues Through Massage

Here's an article on removing scar tissue in muscles.

Pulled Muscles, Scar Tissue and Re-Injury

Basically it says that the only way to remove scar tissue is through massage. I think the same could be applied to PE. We build scar tissue inside our penis all the time. It needs to get broken up in order for your body to heal and remove it. Scar tissue is inflexible and very brittle. Massage brings blood to the scar tissue and breaks it up into smaller pieces, so that the body can remove it and replace it with healthy tissue. Your body does this naturally over time, but massage speeds up this process.

Some key aspects of massage to remember. As with all massage make sure that you do not stretch while you do this. You should be completely flaccid and not doing any sort of stretch. Otherwise you will probably just do more damage and cause more scar tissue to form.

If you've had a recent injury, make sure you take some time off and then spend some additional time massaging your penis to help remove any scar tissue that had formed in the healing process. If you don't remove the scar tissue, the chances of reinjury will be much higher.

Slightly different, but my ex had quite a bit of scar tissue. Her knee was bad from the accident and her arms/hips from her insulin injections. Daily massages with cocoa butter helped them fade somewhat. The cocoa butter helped remove the appearance of them and the massage part (more PE related) did help it feel less rough... if that makes sense.

Don't be afraid to use moderate force either. The scar tissue needs to be broken up. It will be a little sore afterwards, but in a couple days it will heal up much better than before.

I've already noticed a huge difference in my Erect Girth after a few days. Though I haven't measured to see, I'd say at least 1/8" increase.

If you notice that your gains seem to go away after a couple days of rest, try a couple more days of just heat and massage.

Ok explain why there is scar tissue INSIDE our penises?

I know that for external scars there is this stuff called "rejuvenus" and can help diminish your circumcision scar.

But I don't get the "under the skin" scar tissue thing, explain.

Any sort of injury to your muscles or any tissues will heal by means of scar tissue.

Take for example a pulled muscle. Often times that muscle will heal with some scar tissue. The scar tissue is weak and brittle. Its presence will make the muscle around it weaker and more likely to re-injury. That is why one muscle pull will often get reinjured very easily. One of the ways athletes try to prevent reinjury is through massage.

Massage will break up the scar tissue and help your body replace it with healthy tissue.

Ever since I started massage last week, my flaccid penis has slowly become much fuller and softer. My EQ has sky rocketed and my erect measurements are up as well.

For people who have plateaued with their routine and have tried a "less is more" approach. This is probably something that they should try next.

Hmm, I'll have to start doing a massage along with my heating sessions on my off days and break weeks of my new routine.

I think flaccid jelqing would be considerd a good massage as long as you keep the grip light.

I don't think that jelqing does it well enough. You really need to target the top, bottom, and sides to really workout all the scar tissue.

Well what shall we do then to "massage" correctly?

I'm curious. How to tell if you have the scaring happening?

Jelqing would work fine, but I feel that it also pushes blood into your penis at the same time. If you have injured yourself or you have a lot of scar tissue, you don't want this pressure to build up.

I usually grip my flaccid penis with my thumb and index finger. Like I'm giving my penis a pinch. Then with my thumb, I work the top bottom and sides of my shaft penis separately. Make sure you fully compress your penis between your thumb and index finger without squeezing the hell out of it.

I've taken a look at the jelqing devices. I think that these devices are better at removing scar tissue than the regular O-grip that people use for jelqing. It puts more contact force on the penis without creating as much blood pressure inside of the penis.

If you do some light massage and you feel some tenderness anywhere in your penis, then it could be that there is either a minor injury or some leftover scar tissue.

Hmm, sounds like jelqing would be a good start, and then maybe a little more emphasis on proper massage techniques.

                              Anyone here a massage therapist?
