I have a question regard positioning the penis extender (just got myself a Male Edge Pro). The reason I bought the extender in the first place is to fix a heavy down curve and my question is this: Does it matter which way I position the extender when I specifically want to correct a down curve? My logic tells me I should position it upward to fix such an issue, but when I position it downward I get a bit more of a stress on the penis (more traction) and if I want to wear it to work, I cannot have it upward... So how to fix a down curve? Position it upwards or does it matter at all?

Penis Extender - up or down to fix specific curvature?

I have about a 30 degree leftward curve. I'm doing the JP90 and primarily only do right jelqs, plus downward and upwards V jelqs. I've only been doing the JP90 for 3 weeks and see an improvement already, even though it is a small improvement so far. I'm going to add doing an extender, but not until I'm done with the JP90.
Many of the guys here emphasize over and over again the importance of conditioning your dick. I would start doing the JP90 first, which is what I'm doing. Then get an extender.Start: 07/05/2016

The forces from an extender are in a straight line between the base and the glans. It's this straight line stretch that will help straighten the curve. When positioning the extender you are only bending your penis at the base and that will have no effect on the curve above it.Originally posted by Dooba View PostI still don't get why the downward position would help fix a downward curvature? You would point the extender in a downward position. This was expertly explained by Cavalier. Gravity also is helping this force being directed downward. Gravity is your friend. Don't expect miracles overnight, but I'm confident when I say that if you put time and dedication into this, you will significantly straighten out that curve.

As explained earlier, the direction the extender is pointed has no effect on the curve. However the OP was talking about straightening a curve with an extender. Extenders do help with straightening so if you are looking to keep a curve you you may want to consider this if you are using or looking to purchase an extender.Originally posted by phenemol View PostSo does that mean if I point it upward it won't change the curve? I have an upward one I'd like to keep.To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

I see. Is the curve change pretty dramatic? Like after 6 months of use will it completely straighten or just reduce it some?
