  • Why do you need to increase weight for hanging?

I started PE in June and have only done manual exercises this far. I might try hanging in a month or two for the last half inch I want. What is the difference in weight increase vs. time increase.

    For example:
If you hung 5 pounds for 5 minutes for 2 set for a week, what would the differences be in adding half a pound or a pound vs. adding 2 minutes to each set?

For the manual stretches I'm familiar with, I've made each set longer instead of adding more tension and have been pleased with my results.

As long as you reach fatigue then do what it takes. If you want shorter sessions and your penis can handle it ten more weight will be needed. Otherwise like you said a light weight for a long time will also work. This is he theory anyway, what works for one doesn't mean it will work for you. Trial and time is the tell.

A vacuum hanger plus infrared heat makes for a really good setup to help with your gains thou.

Have you done hanging yourself? I've progressed pretty slowly during PE because nothing would be worse than injuring myself. Hanging has always had a kind of iffy feeling for me but I will try it if I need to later on.

Yes I've done many hanging sessions up to 20lbs. You want to keep the weight down as low as possible for the most gains. There is a lot that say they didn't make gains till over 10lbs.

Hanging is meant to be most certain way to make gains with minimal time frame but like all Pe there is a conditioning period and soreness/ potential injury.

I hung and was up to eleven pounds before I got an injury. It was just some busted capillaries on my glans that would not heal or go away. They never interfered with sex or any bodily function. A year later and I'm now back in my phallosan. I plan on hanging once I hit around 2000 hours.

That's why I've avoided hanging, I really don't want an injury even though I'm well conditioned. Good to hear it hasn't effected you other than cosmetically. It will be a last resort for me.

Not all weight hanging is the same. Compression clamp style hangers and those that employ a noose connection are the devices that are potentially harmful.

I would make one my self anyway. I'm cheap. I've seen a thread that said you can make one out of a sock. Not a lot, maybe nobody, complained about injury and they even said it was comfortable.

Here's the thread: It's by BigAl so it's reliable.
