  • Did I ruin my extender gains? (cell division gains) vets please get in here

So I've been lurking these forums for a very long time studying PE and I decided to start my journey I've been lurking for probably 5 months. So good to actually talk to everyone now.

the grams of force measurements are accurate because I used a scale.

So I bought an extender and have been using it religiously but the problem is that I think I started with way to much tension because of how comfortable it is. I use a vacuum extender and everyone says to use 600-900 grams but the problem is at 600 grams I don't feel barely anything and at 900 I feel something but not that much. I could literally wear it at 900 grams for 24 hours a day and not have any issues. So I have been extending at probably 1600 grams or somewhere around 3+pounds of force.

Now I bumped it back to 900 grams and I plan on staying here but the problem is that I've been extending 10-14 hours a day at 3+pounds of force for a month and now i'm scared that I built up a resistance to cell division and extender gains

Cell division is the route I wanted to go because it seems like the gains could be endless theory wise.

I don't want to hang until like a year from now but I think I screwed myself already. I have not gained anything and now i'm scared I won't because I used way to much force from the start! I read that if you use too much force it just rips and causes scar tissue instead of cell division! What do I do

Follow a beginner routine and get conditioned, then add your extender training ( following your he instructions that came with it). As you advance you can add more advanced exercises, when you get to that point just ask for advice. There are plenty here that can/ will help you. I would recommend only taking advice from established members with good reputation ( the gren things by their name). Good luck.
    How did I get here?

Well I was looking for Pygmy.com (I gotta thing for small people, so what), and ended up here.
And I've been here ever since.

One month is a drop in the bucket when it comes to PE. You are fine, stop worrying so much and be patient. Keep at it and the gains will come.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

The first few sessions should not feel like much but that will change as you add more time and tension over the coming weeks.

You should have some newbie gains of some sort? My self personally had 1/2 inch in the first month then hit a titanium plated wall of no more gains.

Most people report gains in the extender at 1000 hours.

As the vacuum attachment makes the extender very comfortable it's possible to crank up the tension with ease. Finding out what works for you to make the gains is The hardest part of it all.

If scar tissue has set it it will be a lot harder to make gains, a handfull of us here have found that adding a hanging set before extending makes for a really good workout.

You mean scar tissue as a result of what exactly?

Not sure if its applicable here but the reason Bib suggest a no rest day routine was due to healing in a stronger state or scar tissue which is a lot stronger to manipulate/ stretch.

Although there seems to be no evidence of this as many here didn't make gains until they added rest days.

I read the TGC thread tonight which has some interesting theory on how to make gains.

I think what cavalier said is more accurate thou
