    Hi all,


    I took a year off off from hanging because I busted some capularies in my glans and it freaked me out. I have currently been wearing my phallosan for about 250 hours or so with very random, short, and low preasure bathmate sessions.

    I do not plan on adding my LG back into my routine yet as I still feel some fatigue and still have not move to the yellow tension. but I was wondering if starting off my day with hanging for an hour at like 1 or 2 pounds be bennificial. Or say I do one pound for 30 minutes everyday. Should I wait a certain amount of hours before I add hanging? Will adding hanging now take away from more long term gains?

    I am not trying to overthink things here and was planning on doing a minimum of 1000 hours before I add hanging. But just wanted to see what everyone's opinion is about this. Something good to talk about while I slowly watch 750 more hours tick off this clock. lol

    Two hours at 2 lbs is a waste of time. Using 2 lbs as an ADS for at least 5 or 6 hours at a minimum per day might be effective. If you can't hang at least 10 lbs for several short sessions (ex 15 min ea) a day, don't bother hanging.

      I should have been more clear. I still plan on doing 11 hours a day in my phallosan, but starting my day out with my lg hanger. My plan would be to eventually get to heavy weights but I would not start at 11 lbs. And since the weight of the green tension is around 2lbs I think, I could start getting conditioned to hanging with 2lbs at 1000 hours of phallosan use and slowly start to increase weight based on fatigue in the phallosan.

      I know I have a few months before I change anything in my routine but want to start a conversation about it now so I don't feel rushed when it is time to make a change in routine. The phallosan so far has increase my flaccid length and girth. I feel more "hung" when I'm flaccid.

        Hi STF.

        I am currently upping the weight in my LG hanger to try to get to 10lbs. It has been a VERY slow process for me to get the weight to 7.5lbs. I am not a rookie hanger though. Have used a bib hanger up to 15lbs. So my ligs might be "maxxed". Anyhow. I am just starting to use the pf for the eveninings to help with retraction.

        So far its ok.
