  • Should I continue wearing extender?

I would like some advise as how to proceed with wearing my extender.

A month ago, the week before Christmas, I noticed a red spot at the tip of my glans. It was my first negative PI in 6 months of doing PE. I took the rest of that week off and all of Christmas week off. So a 2 week break. I got myself a hard erection a few times and noticed the red spot gone.

Then after 2 week break I put extender on to resume PE. After a couple hours of extending I took extender off to go to the bathroom and massage shaft, and then noticed the red spot came back. It was actually a little bigger. So I took another 2 week break. After 2 weeks again didn't see red spot when erect.

So this week I resumed PE again. I had to order a couple parts for my extender, so this week I've been doing my JP90 routine to condition my dick for starting to wear extender next week. After 2 days of doing JP90 the red spot came back again!! Ugh!!!

Never had a negative PI or the red spot in the first 4 1/2 months of PE doing the JP90 routine. The first month of wearing the extender never had a negative PI or the red spot. I had the tension level the same from when I started wearing the extender until I got the red spot. I don't think the tension level caused it, but possibly didn't get all the air out of the vac cone. Not sure.

I REALLY want to continue wearing the extender. Up until I took the long break I've been gaining great, and was around 1/16th of and inch from achieving a .75" gain in 6 months. I know I can gain another .5" in the next 6 months.

Thanks if you read this far! I think the red spot will continue to be an issue. I believe the red spot is from bursting veins just under the skin. I don't think reducing the tension level will keep the red spot away if it came back doing a JP90 routine.

So my question is should I continue with the extender next week?

Is the red spot in the same spot as the vacuum hole? Are you wearing a protector cap?

I'll have to check on that. The red spot is right on the top right side of the glans.

I don't wear a protective cap, but I always put on that medical adhesive tape before I put on the vac cone mod.

At times, a red spot, ruptured capillaries, will heal & disappear; however, it is 'tender' and can easily be re-injured,

Might take rest breaks more often.

@not2big I'm using the SG extender with a vac mod from Autoextender.

@Dangler yes it has reappeared twice, even after a month of no PE. Not sure how long it takes for it to completely heal. I have a feeling if I start using the extender again daily it will always be there. So, would I cause permanent injury if I did? Should I stop using the extender (which I would really hate to do)?

I'm hoping for advise on these two questions.

I am using a VacExtender mod kit V3 (larger cap, no tube). I was having an issue with bruising and occasional blisters. I worked on getting the cap completely vented and now rarely encounter these issues.

@not2big I have the large cap. Mine has the air tube for getting air out. Should I remove the tube from the silicone cone that goes on just below the glans?

What did you do to get it completely vented?

I do not believe the tube can be removed because it will leave the open hole. Mine has a vent hole which is used to vent out all the air by pushing the glans tight against it.

perhaps working on sucking out all the air will help. I read that VacExtender will shortly be reintroducing the V3

A protector cup like Phallosan uses can be helpful also. I have read you can use a big toe cap from Jockinthebox.

I have some red marks that appear after wearing my vac cap for strenuous periods 10lbs for an hour. My understanding is that the glans is taking too much of the stress from the pull. I have my blister bruise which will resurfurace before the red spots become an issue so been using that more of a guide to remedy.

I haven't found a fix yet but trying things alon the following. Tighter fitting vac cup/ and cone size/ tighter fitting sleeves that extend further down the shaft and also applying extra micropore tape(I suspect the removing of the tape won't be helping with the irritability on the glans) I have started to use bio oil for ease of removal,

                      If I can't find a solution I'm leaning towards a compression hanger.

@stealthpeman fortunately I haven't had a blister yet. I may try the cap idea or like to said apply more micropore tape. Maybe I will try some oil to see if that helps.

The thing is there is no pain from the red spot. It is just there. It does go away, but concerned that it will not go away if I do extending daily again. I sure don't want to stop as I'm making nice gains. It's also an awesome feeling when you take off the extender after a 4-5 hour session and finish it off with 10-15 minutes of a jelq / kegels I feel very hung

Yeah it's good that you have prevented a blister as it is a lot worse then some irrated skin, is the red spot like a irratation point as if you rub your skin hard causing inflammation? Or is it more like a pimple? If it is just inflamed skin then just work your rest days around how bad it is and apply some healing type cream to assist recovery. Props to your gains it's good to see progress!

Try wearing the extender alone after your spot heals. Maybe you are doing too much?

@stealthman the red spot is more of an inflammation. It doesn't irritate at all. The skin feel rougher that the other areas on the glans. Yeah probably just need to work some rest days in and work my way back up to 5 days a week...thanks for the good advise!
