I just came up with a new exercise and would like to get YOUR opinion on it!

It targets girth as well as length, more so girth.

Please make sure your penis is CONDITIONED before trying this, I would rate it as a moderate to advanced exercise, and it is VERY easy to injure yourself with a jelq device, let alone this exercise.

It targets girth as well as length, more so girth.
This is an exercise done at 65%-80% Erection Level. You want it stiff enough that you can Uli but spongey enough so you can get a GOOD jelq in.
1)Push your Jelq device into your crotch region as far down as you can get it. Clamp using the death grip and Uli for 5-7 seconds.
2)Kegel while doing the Uli so your penis is pumped still.
3)SLIGHTLY loosen your grip. If an ULI is 100% grip on the device, you want to be at 85%-90%.
4)Now power jelq up to your glans, this should take you NO less then 5 seconds.
5)When at glans hold device there so it stays engorged, kegel a few times to maintain your erection level.
6)Repeat steps 1-5
