  • "Uber Jelq Exercise (Advanced)"

    I just came up with a new exercise and would like to get YOUR opinion on it!
    Shout out to RBI for the basic idea of it.
    Please try it out, and tell me what you think of it.
    I did 20 minutes of it tonight and it was AWESOME.
    It targets girth as well as length, more so girth.
    This is an exercise done at 65%-80% Erection Level. You want it stiff enough that you can Uli but spongey enough so you can get a GOOD jelq in.
    1)Push your Jelq device into your crotch region as far down as you can get it. Clamp using the death grip and Uli for 5-7 seconds.
    2)Kegel while doing the Uli so your penis is pumped still.
    3)SLIGHTLY loosen your grip. If an ULI is 100% grip on the device, you want to be at 85%-90%.
    4)Now power jelq up to your glans, this should take you NO less then 5 seconds.
    5)When at glans hold device there so it stays engorged, kegel a few times to maintain your erection level.
    6)Repeat steps 1-5

    Please make sure your penis is CONDITIONED before trying this, I would rate it as a moderate to advanced exercise, and it is VERY easy to injure yourself with a jelq device, let alone this exercise.

    Props to TheSizeDoctor for my cheap jelq device that I'm in love with, and to Calixto for silver-tongueing me into posting this.

          This sounds like a great exercise. Im going to try it after my jelqing. Instead of doing ULIs manually, im going to do ULIs with the PowerJelq Device then incorporate the jelq while doing the ULI. Good Tip!

            Guys, great! I love this thread. Please report back here, or in your progress forum logs about how Millia's "Uber Jelq" routine works for you. I want to monitor results and look back after about 20 days when I plan to move one to advanced exercises and jelqing.

              Thanks bro. I'm also thinking about somehow maybe incorporating a horse squeeze like the Ultimate Jelq does but not sure how I'd get that to work.

                  I tried it today and it felt different. I guess it's the fact that you can feel the pressure and expansion when ULIs are done manually and can't with the device. The same exercise you explained can probably be done manually just use a lot of lube when doing the ULI as low to the base as you can. Hold for 20 seconds then jelq up slowly to the glands for another 10 seconds for a 30 second ULI-jelq. I did 2 of these with the device, it felt weird so I did the final 3 manually which felt a whole lot better. I did this after warm up, stretching, 110 5second jelqs with device, then the 5 30sec ULI-jelqs. In between each ULI-jelq, I did 25 reverse jelqs to get some base girth as well, then cooled down for 2min with cold water. Next 2 days are rest days then start up again on monday

                    And I prefer Uli-ing with the device as opposed to manual because I get the device in nice and deep and clamp off all blood. The only problem by doing the exercise manually is if you're too lubed up your grip won't be as tight when you perform the jelq. When I was doing mine I was doing 10 slow deliberate kegels to keep blood inside the penis, did you do any kegels while performing the Uli? And when you Uli too long it does feel weird when you try to jelq and I believe the jelq becomes less effective because after Uli's the penis looses stimulation and deflates some.

                      I've found that if you kegel and get blood into the head of your penis and then Uli/jelq during the exercise you get GREAT head expansion as well as jelq.
