Penis extender - specific questions

Hello all! I just want to know answers to the following questions.

1. How long should I extend the penis extender? (my penis is 3,3 inches long when flaccid, and 5,2 inches long when erect)

2. Should I use extender when erect, flaccid, or somewhere in between?

It is advised to try to extend about .25" past BPEL.

For me my BPFSL is .75" greater than my BPEL so I extended all the way to my BPFSL length. You have to do what feels best. You want to feel tension, but not pain. Be careful though, because out of all the PE devices an extender poses the most risk to injury if not careful IMO. I've done clamping, pumping and extender.

What kind of extender is it? If it's a spring extender, the stretched length is dictated by the amount of stretch required to compress the springs to your target grams of compressed force, and yes, always flaccid.

You should attempt to extend 1/2 inch past your erect length but if you cannot do this comfortably then make the adjustment. You should extend flaccid.

If you have markers for determining tension, you should keep it at 500 to 600 gr. For the first few months.

The Pro-Extender (I also heared it's also called Jes-Extender). And yes it is a spring extender. How can I tell if the spring is comprssed to terget my grams?
