  • anyone ever use an extender while working out?

    I have a limited amount of time in the a.m. to do BOTH workouts...my unit and the rest of my body. I like to do Body Weight workouts (calisthenics). So they would involve jumping jacks, squats etc. I have a private place where I could work out "Roman Style" if you know what I mean! .

    I am thinking, after I complete JP90 in 6 weeks, of trying to combine the 2 workouts. Hanging and pumping are clearly out of the question. I *think* anything that attaches via vacuum is out too (vac extenders). That pretty much leaves a manual routine (30 mins or so) plus a noose/strap/band attached extender.

    Anyone ever try this with any success? If so, what device did you use?
    Long way to go. Long time to get there!

      Hmm.


      What about attaching a weight to your penis with a thether that is just long enough to lift of the ground when you do a pull up?

        So I do CrossFit types of work outs, no I don't subscribe to the CrossFit lifestyle and all that jazz, I like to think of it as functional fitness, but I do a light pump in the morning, 5hg for about 10 min, then throw a cockring on to prevent the work out turtle, after the gym I kegal and get full erect and take off the cockring, nice low hang for the rest of the day.

          I have mowed the lawn with the extender on

          I walk a little bow-legged, but it gets me another 40 minutes of weartime (no injury)

                The LGHanger bell strapped to one leg held up ok. The key was fonding the full range of motion and adjusting the strap accordingly. Then i found a piece of rubber work out tubing. The stretchiness worked pretty good. Be very careful until you figure it out. I did some convict conditioning with the Phallosan Forte. Worked pretty goodnalso.
