I have a limited amount of time in the a.m. to do BOTH workouts...my unit and the rest of my body. I like to do Body Weight workouts (calisthenics). So they would involve jumping jacks, squats etc. I have a private place where I could work out "Roman Style" if you know what I mean!

I am thinking, after I complete JP90 in 6 weeks, of trying to combine the 2 workouts. Hanging and pumping are clearly out of the question. I *think* anything that attaches via vacuum is out too (vac extenders). That pretty much leaves a manual routine (30 mins or so) plus a noose/strap/band attached extender.
Anyone ever try this with any success? If so, what device did you use?
