I have the middle of the range size genetics (though I can't see it mattering which brand you have) the issue is that I have a pretty standard sized 3" flaccid which can stretch to 4+", but both the noose and the strap are useless at holding my penis once I release the springs at their lowest setting (whether the foreskin is retracted or not) and even when I tighten them a lot it slips eventually but pinches terribly (clearly they're not intended for use without the foam ring or plaster, but the foam ring can't seem to go in the right position for the noose/strap and using the plaster just seems silly (it'll be awkward when you go erect and I can imagine having to buy soo many plasters). This is really pissing me off because I assumed these devices could be made to work, virtually no-one is gonna have a flaccid penis the size of the grippy silicon one they use in their demo video so I just don't get how people are actually using this without serious pain and slippage????

Instead of fighting with your foreskin you could exploit your foreskin by using it to seal with a tapeless tugger to interface with that traction rig.Originally posted by Bendy_Cock View Postboth the noose and the strap are useless at holding my penis once I release the springs at their lowest setting (whether the foreskin is retracted or not)Foreskin Restoration, PE, Peyronies, and Phimosis solutions are my life's work.

Yes I've ordered the vlc tugger recently because if it's anything like the TLC-X elastic band method in terms of comfort then we're gonna get on just fine. I'm assuming that using the VLC has as much effect as using the original noose/strap?Originally posted by TLCTugger View PostInstead of fighting with your foreskin you could exploit your foreskin by using it to seal with a tapeless tugger to interface with that traction rig.

I can't precisely say, but something you can actually wear comfortably is going to exert more cumulative stress (Pascal-seconds) than something too uncomfortable to wear.Originally posted by Bendy_Cock View PostI'm assuming that using the VLC has as much effect as using the original noose/strap?
I see a lot of penises in my work. Some have a glans narrower than the shaft even while erect. Such cases would have a real challenge getting anything productive going with a noose. But even a bulbous glans doesn't guaranty that a noose will be comfortable enough to use.Last edited by TLCTugger; 08-02-2017, 11:38 PM.Foreskin Restoration, PE, Peyronies, and Phimosis solutions are my life's work.

wrap sports tape around the foam ring two or three times around. I promise you you wont slip. I never slip and my flaccid is small and flaccid girth even smallerStarting 4/9/2016 --- Aug. 2016 --- Nov. 2016 *** longest break ever *** April 2020 starting again
