  • New Extender, Advice?

Hey everyone! So today marks the first day that I am wearing my new X4 extender. I just wanted to make sure I am doing everything right and see if anyone as any advice.

When I was assembling the device I saw that there was very little stretch, so I added the two smallest bars. When I put those on, there was very little stretch still, so I upgraded to the next bars up. These bars definitely provided stretch, though it was a little more challenging to strap in and hold everything in place while I did. Now that it's locked and loaded, I can feel a stretch (which has lightened over the past 30 mins), and it isn't painful at all. Is this the appropriate tension? How did you judge where to start? I just don't want to over stress my penis and have it not extend, like stories I have heard. Should I go back down to the first bars, with very little stretch and start there?

Thanks so much for your help, I really appreciate it. Your stories are always great encouragement and your advice is very helpful

Start off at the lowest tension setting and if your device rotates wear it in the up position. You should have just enough bars set up to come close to matching your stretched erect length.

How much grams of tension do you use?

I think it came with the 3600g tension springs.

My bone pressed flaccid length was 11cm and with the extension device it is at around 12. I didn't measure my stretched length, so you're saying I should do that?
