As the title says what do you think of using a pump after like 8-10 hours of wearing an extender, to take advantage of the loosed/flexible/stretched penis ? I know some like Dangler use a pump to engorge his head(head of the penis, yes, it would not be wise to engorge someones's head) to make it easier on fastening while in the extender, but I'm talking here about using a pump after many hours of the extender. My "gut" tells me it would be very good. What yours say ?

I would recommend stages of implementation with devices. I prefer 6 month interval of using one device in any routine. This allows for progress tracking with the individual and moderation in stressing the tissues. You want to visualise what the stress may be doing the the tissue. Which is creating minute layers of new tissue as progression takes place. The key to healthy PE is to make the new layers as thin as possible to achieve your maximum attainable goals. For example, if you pull on your penis until you create a huge sore or tear, let's say 1/4" wide. You just lost out on alot of viable tissue that could of been fatigue in a more suitable way, that would of allowed more possible gains.
It is extremely difficult to fatigue scar tissue. FYI
One last notion, if you can't put a duration of time, meaning a few years into PE. PE may not be suited for you. IMOLast edited by Betterman; 05-01-2010, 09:58 AM.

Hey Alin !
I also, sometimes, do a short, mild pump session after removal of the extender. I'm saying about 3-5 minutes at 3"-5" hg. This helps tissues re-gain circulation, for me at least. I am not doing this for any other goal. After all that I sometimes use a warm water washcloth wrap.

Ok, I should have made myself more clear, I'm not into using the extender at full traction, pumping too hard/too long and any kind of PE that represents anything more than a light-medium force. As I said, I'm thinking of introducing a light pumping session after wearing the exnteder with a light medium tension. Not trying to create scar tissueOriginally posted by Betterman View PostI would recommend stages of implementation with devices. . And regarding the use of more than one device, have you thought that by doing this you can view them as peanut butter and jelly, meaning you could be more productive by using more devices in a light fashion, than by using one with a harder approach ?

Well, being I don't measure and I am only using a mild vacuum 3-5 hg, I am no where nearing either erect or stretched/extended length, or so I believe.
