I'm a lurker here but have been active using the Bathmate for about 3-4 months with major success. I started using an exercise regimen I found that pretty much was 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off with progression on the pumping power for 15 mins. Immediately I was able to see gains and these gains lasted the entire day. Every pumping session after as I continued only built on top of it, lasting the entire day or days. Especially flaccid but erect as well.
I started at 6.4'' length and 5.3'' in girth erect. After a month I was 6.5'' length and 6.2'' in girth after pumping at max and progressing very slowly. So after about 3-4 months of pumping I had a work trip to go on and couldn't really pump. It didn't help that before that I was taking a break because I was sometimes pumping twice a day and my penis was pretty sore but functional. so i took about 3 days off, pumped once, 3 days off, pumped 3 times, 3 days off and so on so combined about 1.5 - 2 weeks. During this time my gains began to decrease. I would pump to max and be at my max gains (6.5'' length and 6.2''). But it would deflate back to my original size (which I hadn't seen in months).
I bought the gladiator ring for pumping about a 3 weeks before the large break I took with minimal pumping and man was that a great purchase. I probably reached about 6.5'' in girth when pumping with it and I did also do the DLD Girth blaster routine whenever sex was expected. This is the only large recent change that happened before my gains were lost.
Now at the moment of writing this I have pumped 5 times since this break (the break ended last week) and the same pattern, I reach max gains then it goes away in about 5 - 6 hours, all the way back down to original. Its like it doesn't hold anymore. I also don't feel particularly worked out or sore anymore after pumping for the 15 mins.
So pretty much went from gains lasting all day everyday even on break days without ever returning back to its original size to gains not lasting more than 4 hours after pumping and deflating all the way back to original size. I wonder what went wrong or if anyone experienced this and how to return back to where I was. I'm guessing that my penis stretched and healed during the break time I took for about a week and a half or two weeks combined and now it stretches to max capacity then deflates back to normal because of muscle memory/now its accustomed to the work out.
Should I increase my workout time, take a break then return to it?
