  • Adding more time to LG Hanging

    As of August 5th, I will be using the LG Hanger for 4 months. Which I am both excited and hyped for achieving!

    I wanted to find out today on the forums, that since I have a good amount of time invested into hanging with the LG Hanger for an hour per session. Would it be a wise decision to move from 1hr sessions to 1hr and 30 min sessions. I usually hang for 2 hrs a day, an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon. Trying to get 3 hours a day completed without having to take it it on and off and on and off. Thank you for your help

    Are you reaching fatigue? Whats your theory for adding more time over weight?

    Also, what are you feelings on the lg hanger? I've been looking into one as I don't really like the bib

      2 hours is a good amount of time for 4 months in. What weight are you hanging at now? My suggestion at this point would be to start increasing the weight first.

        I'm at 13lbs. I've been feeling fatigue in the ligs for the first time in the past few days. I wasn't really feeling the fatigue in the ligaments until I got to 12lbs. I go up 1lb every week as the instructions have said. Mainly my routine is 1lb of weight added after every 12hrs completed.

          I really enjoy the LG Hanger. It's comfortable, easy to get on and off and nothing intimidating towards it's look. I might consider working with the bib if I wanted to continue hanging after 25lbs but just like yourself, the bib sounds a bit over the top than the LG Hanger.

            If you are now starting to feel fatigue you should stick with where you are at for now. Add another lb in a week and see how that feels. Once you get to the weight where you feel it is too much then back it down and ride the fatigue for the 2 hours a day for a while before adding any time to your sets. You want to see how your penis is going to react to the fatigue first.

              I'll do what you say Cav. I have a question though. When I ride the fatigue, I know it depends on my ligs and everything. But, do you just go down 1lb for your next set or more? Like if I'm at 13lbs for my 1st and feel the ligs act up do I go down to 12lbs for the next set or do I immediately switch to 12lbs as soon as I feel the sensation. Also, if you possibly know, I've been wearing the Girth Band to not turtle after working out. I also added a silicone piece on top of it to make sure I'm stretched out instead of all pushed together like a chubby little head. Now I've been wearing it all day and sometimes at night. But my problem is that if I take it off during the middle of the night, I sort of feel like I went back to what I was the previous day. Any thoughts on how I can possibly fix this?

                If at some point during your hour hang it starts to feel like the 13 lbs is too much and you need to reduce the weight then do it and ride it out at 12 lbs. When you start your evening hanging session start back up at the 13 lbs and if again you need to reduce it then do so. Once you get to the point where you can comfortably hang the 13 lbs without having to reduce the weight then you can try adding another lb.

                Once you take off any kind of anti turtling device you will go back to normal after a time. However this "normal" will slowly be increasing at a rate similar to your length gains. If you are a grower then these flaccid gains normally will be less than your erect gains. For instance if your penis doubles in size when it becomes erect and you gain 1/2 inch the you may only gain 1/4 inch in your flaccid size.

                  Cav thanks for the information. I'm very appreciated for it. I'm finding it hard to stay in the anti turtling device but only when I'm trying to go to bed at night. I keep waking up in the middle of the night annoyed by it and having to take it off. Any suggestions on what to do here? I'm also not talking about just the LG Hanger Girth Band piece, I'm talking about this and the extra silicone piece that I added to it to keep me stretched out all the time.

                    I'm not sure how you could prevent that from happening during the night. My guess is that you are having nocturnal erections and when it subsides that may be where the problem is.

                        Just wear one Girth Band at night while sleeping. You don't need the extra piece of silicon sleeve. If the Girth Band seems to be too tight or annoys you while sleeping, then go up a size.

                          Keep in mind that fatigue doesn't always mean soreness will follow or be a result. I define fatigue more as total loose / pliable flaccid condition in which it's difficult to immediately gain an erection.

                          Another thing to consider when doing any type of PE training especially when it comes to weight hanging with the LG Hanger is.... when you stop getting results or plateau with what you are currently doing, then change! Switch things up, keep your penis guessing or keep it from adapting to whatever your current training methods are. I was constantly introducing and trying different things to generate stress and prevent stagnation.

                            The Girth Band is definitely not too tight, I have been wondering if just wearing one Girth Band alone will still keep my gains. Just have this fear of losing them that's why I placed the second silicone sleeve on me

                              One Girth Band is sufficient to prevent retraction and allow you to cement gains.
