  • Poor Circulation to Head/Glans Using X4 Labs Extender...

    Hi,

I have bought the X4 Labs extender, but I'm having problems with circulation to the glans (head of the penis) while using the straps. I have to take the device off every 20-30 minutes due to poor circulation to the head/glans.

    Here's what I've bought:

So I want to use a plastic cup with sleeve, along with the modification platform for any extender, but I'm not sure if it will fit the X4 labs extender.

Will this "modification platform" fit the X4 Labs extender along with the plastic cup and rubber sleeve?

If I can't get proper circulation to my glans, then I'll have to request a full refund from X4 Labs if this modification can't work.

I don't use the strap but I find a bit of talcum powder goes a long way. Have been able to have it loose enough to not cause circulation issues and haven't slipped out once. The glans is cool, but no numbness at all. I'm just using the silicone tube, nothing else and did 7 hours yesterday (with breaks every hour), no numbness, and no slippage.

Without talc it would slip out no matter how tight it was after a while.

    Can't answer about the mod.

Should add that I start off tight, and then loosen after 10 minutes or so if there's an issue. After a minute or two circulation is restored and stays that way until the end of the set, otherwise I loosen it a bit more. You've got to balance tightness and tension, but i've found I can be both looser in the noose and have more tension than before just by using talc so it's quite helpful.

Yeah, but I've also realized that you could damage the head/glans by using a strap of any kind because it is gradually changing the shape or possibly could. If you used a plastic cup along with the modification platform extension & rubber sleeve that I'm referring to, then it shouldn't put any stress on the head/glans. If anything, it should create better circulation to that area because the plastic cup that I'm talking about has a suction pressure in it to keep the head/glans circulating and even increasing the size of that area as well. I just need to know if it will fit this particular X4 Labs Extender so that I can go ahead and invest another $25-$30 or so.

BTW, you don't want to use that kind of powder that you're referring to. I looked it up and it contains asbestos in it.

Anyhow, thanks for the information. I will just have to do what you're doing until I find a better solution with the right cup extension.

        lol no worries.

In the Ali express link it says it will fit 8mm rods which is the same diameter as my X4 rods, so it should be a good fit. The VacExtender is another option but a bit pricier.

Changing the shape of the glans is one of the reasons why I use the noose. I've heard anecdotal reports of it producing a more pronounced coronal ridge after a while. But different strokes for different folks
