  • sleeve/ADS recommendations?

    Hi everyone,

Thinking about buying a sleeve to stop turtling and maximise gains. I know the AB silicone sleeve was recommended, but they're not currently available.

Any recommendations for a (preferably cheap) alternative?

If you like silicone, AutoExtender sell an Xleeve which does what you want. I didn't see ABsilicone so I can't compare price or design, but I thought the Xleeve was too pricy.

I did send away for the Stealth Innerwear, cheaper, fabric instead of silicone, but it'll take a couple weeks to arrive...just hope I got the sizing right.

Thanks! My preference is definitely silicone, but I'll wait to see what the consensus is from the PE experts. I know Stealth is a popular option.

I recently purchased a silicone sleeve and girth band from LG Hanger website and I must say that it's probably the best quality out right now in the market. I also own autoextender sleeve and it's not as good in quality compared to Marlon's silicone sleeves right now. Here is the link: Products -

Great! Thanks. $28 isn't the cheapest, but if it lasts then definitely worth the investment. How did you size it? Measured my flaccid girth then and I came out at 1.3" diameter, which in theory is bigger than their biggest sleeve. But they stretch a lot, don't they?

Yes you can definitely stretch them out to a bigger size if the fit happens to be too tight. Check this link to get an accurate measurement: Size Guides -

One of the problems with silicone sleeves is that they create a vapour barrier that traps moisture against the skin which creates an unhealthy environment for the anatomy.

For this reason we are now in process of developing the Extension Sheath which is the sheath only version of Stealth Inner Wear without the ball band.

The new “Sabre Skin” is a relatively thin injection moulded TPE rubber sleeve that is designed to be worn over top of the fabric Extension Sheath. This dual layered system effectively wicks moisture away from the skin so that it can breathe properly.

We tested both the silicone and TPE sleeves extensively and found that the TPE (ThermoPlasticElastomer) had far superior dynamics of elasticity than the silicone material which was relatively “flat” and one dimensional in comparison.

The two layer system is also much easier to put on and more comfortable to wear for longer periods than a single thicker layer. The dual layer also allows for easy and quick removal of the outer sleeve so that there is minimal restriction of urine flow with the single fabric layer that is left on.

Both the Stealth Extension Sheath and Sabre Skin will come in 12 different girths for the most precision fitting gear available.

I have the stealth as well as the silicone sleeve. Martin does a great job with LG hanger but personally I much prefer the stealth for anti-turtling. Once you figure out the correct sizing Stealth is very comfortable and I wear mine whenever I’m not in my PF. I have purchased two of the sleeves and I use them as a substitute for the very thin sleeves that come with the phallosan forte. The silicon sleeve does a much better job than the sleeve provided by Phallosan. Of course, to each their own

Stealth international shipping is only $12.

You might want to look into that, LG hanger. $67 to ship a piece of silicone is, to put it mildly, excessive.
