After years of pleasant pumping into a British Thickwalls cylinder I thought it was time for a new one. Got kinda curious studying the brief details of the Magnum cylinders which look comfortable but then spotted that they do an inner extender sleeve which slides inside the opening on a rubber seal firmly holding the shaft. you are then able to hang within a vacuum. Manufacturer claims upto 18Lb can be suspended although that is way beyond anything I would hope to hang at. Certainly sounds interesting especially as its entry level money compared to most. Anyone out there tried one with any success?

Hanging with a vacuum should only be done with a vacuum hanger, not a cylinder. If you add weight to a cylinder, even if it has a sleeve, it will only increase the vacuum within it without gripping the shaft. Exposing your penis to high levels of vacuum will result in excessive edema and/or blisters. A vacuum hanger evacuates the air out of the chamber and expands the glans and shaft within it against it's walls providing the friction needed to make a good grip on it without the excessive expansion you would experience with an open vacuum hanging device.
The idea vacuum for a vacuum hanger to hold about 8 lbs would be around 7 - 10 hg Hg. Having your penis exposed to an open vacuum at 7 hg is about the maximum and 10 Hg is too much. Now when you add the 8 lbs this vacuum could increase to as much as 15 Hg. Now you are at dangerous levels of vacuum to have your penis exposed to in an open cylinder. The amount of expansion your penis will experience in a vacuum like this for an extended time will most likely end up in some type of injury. Well person C hung 18 lbs for 230 hours and gained 2 3/4 inches in length and 1 3/8 in girth. If he hung for two hours a day that would be 115 days. 18Lb is a weighty amount to work with but my original suspicion was aroused by 2 3/4 inch gain! They reckoned to have it achieved in 230 hours. My own gains have been much slower,I'd be looking at 230 years to make that total gain
