  • X4Labs Extender Nightmare

I recently purchased the X4Labs premium standard extender and I'm very frustrated with my purchase and the experience.
I called their customer service number 3 times and emailed them 2 times and still not heard anything back.

But the biggest issue I have with the extender is that I've spent 4 hours over the past week trying to put the device on to no success whatsoever. I'm uncircumcised and because of my foreskin, my penis slides out of the strap EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Can anyone help me? does anyone maybe have a video of an uncircumcised person attaching and wearing the extender?

    1. retract foreskin, all the way before fastening comfort strap/hose tube, around shaft of penis.
2.some sort of soft thin cotton cloth wrapped around the shaft may increase comfort.
    3. goal - to apply pulling force to penis shaft, NOT to the immediate foreskin around the shaft. This is why you should retract foreskin fully, first.

What helped me was starting with the smallest size possible of the extender. Then slowly increasing the length over time. I wouldn't try to stretch to your BPEL right away. I'd work up to it.

          A. Use the strap not the noose
Make sure you have the strap so the top creates a "U" shape
          B. The foam is okay but I prefer gauze wrap cut to wrap exactly 2 times
          C. Make sure when you stretch to put it on, your head extends beyond the top of the strap, it should tighten slightly under the glans
          D. Its easier to go in at about 75% erection, and make sure your grabbing BEHIND the head/glans so that the glans have whats known as "head swell" this will keep it locked in.
          E. Obviously cuz your not cut you need to pull your skin all the way back before doing this.
          F. Dont try to extend far at first, use shorter bars and just get the hang of it.
          G. I actually put it on with the strap already put in on both sides ONE notch, so its super big and loose "O" shape. I wrap the dude as said above, 75%, stick it through and oress down into the pubic bone to get it pushed into the extender as far aspossible and grab the head once its passed through the strap and pull (gripping behind the glans for head swell)
You have to hold the head and compress the X4 with the same hand, and tighten the strap with the other hand, a few notches on each side at a time. This takes some practice but you'll get it.

Then you just turn the knobs where it meets the base until you have a comfortable stretch.

I do find this whole thing easier if Ive used my bathmate or done a JP90 session before hand so I have some "plump". Going in completely flaccid is near impossible sometimes. Make sure to touch the head ever few minutes at first to make sure it still has feeling until you get the hang of tensions and strap tightness.

Oh and if you have it I do prefer the Large Girth Base as for me it seems to put a better stretch on the tunica and ligs, as the regular one stretched my skin too much. You might not have this issue though being incircumsized

I had the same issues, but made it into a vacuum extender with a few items of aliexpress.

I have an X4 as well. I find that sometimes the foam tube and strap work better, other times I have to switch to the silicone tube with the foam cover.

Also, using to many extension bars I found I'd pull out or slip more with. I find balancing between slippage and tension is a fine line.

I'm in the exact same predicament as you, I got my X4 just over a week ago and have spent about an hour every night since trying to fit the thing, I only succeeded once using the silicone tube + foam however as soon as I increased adjusted the rods so tension was being applied it slid right off . Trying to simultaneously pull back on the foreskin, stretch the penis, compress the extender and position/tighten the noose is near impossible.

I finally gave up last night and ordered parts form Aliexpress to convert it to a vacuum extender like frozenballs has done, I've ordered the "size master pro" kit.
