I’m committing to a routine to gain girth and I have a wide array of toy to play with:
Bathmate
Power Jelq device
Zen hanger clamp
Cockrings
I’ve been alternating pumping in the shower for Max 10min and then Jelqing for 5min one day then the next day pumping 5min and clamping 10min.
Is this is a reasonable routine? What would you suggest I change or exercises to add?
