Anyone reading this can do the same, I'm not sure why so many people advocate caution in PE, how many people have you ever heard of causing themselves serious injury from PE? None? Thought so. You can't hurt yourself from pumping. You can only give yourself a massive dick, and the more time you invest the bigger it will get.
    I have never heard anyone say you should pump for 5-10-15 minutes 3 times a week to gain LOL. Most if not all with pumping experience recommend 15-20 minutes of pumping(im talking about bathmate since i dont know about other pumps) everyday - combine the pumping with manual exercises for optimal gains. I will laugh when someone comes back to the forum unable to get erection ever again, because they been pumping for 2-3 hours a day. I know u dont encourage people to do this, but as u see many people will try do it regardless. Its only a matter of time before someone gets hurt and for what? quicker gains? Doubt your current "gains" are permanent as well, so you will problably have to do this the rest of your life

      Also, to the guy who did 7+hg pressure on airpump: the recommended pressure for safety for an airpump is 5hg. Just know if your dick dies it will probably feel worse than having an average penis size

        This is very bad and dangerous advice. This has the very real potential of hurting someone, should they follow it. If you continue to give this sort of advice, your time on this forum will be very short.

          I have explicitly stated that this technique is not for everyone, and said that with any negative effects that you should back off.

          I am just telling people what has worked for me, and emphasized that this is something to be worked up to slowly. What is wrong with that?

              As an update - due to personal commitments, for 2 days I was only able to do 20 minutes pumping. It had a definite negative effect on the size of my erection, but after a few days back in my routine, I think I have found my mojo again. I'm meeting a Thai girl tonight and sex is almost guaranteed, will let you know how it goes.

              For me at least, time in the pump is by far the most important thing for size increases, but as I suspected, when I stop, my erection size starts to drop pretty quickly, even with minimal pumping. I guess it means I have to pump for several hours a day for the rest of my life but to have such a longer and thicker penis makes it all worthwhile.

              Lower pressure and longer time = gains. Just be aware that if you get any discomfort you should stop, or at least reduce pressure. I don't want anyone to injure themselves. Ultimately the best gains come from longer times and higher pressures, but that's something you have to work up to over years, not weeks or months.

                So how did everything go Peter ? Im seeing it's been 2 years since this thread.
                Did u get any permanent gains ?
                Are you still doing the same routine?
                How has ur EQ been over the last 2 years?
                Did you take any breaks?
                And how was ur EQ during this break?
                And did you maintain any size on ur break ?
